Our Team

Matt Harris
Founder & President
As President of Coreprime, Matt oversees the management and strategic growth of the firm. Matt’s leadership and industry expertise has enabled Coreprime to become one of the fastest-growing Employee Benefits advisory firms in the Western U.S.
Matt is active in both the Nevada and Southern California business communities. Matt currently serves on the Board of Directors of the UNLV Football Foundation and is an active member of the USC Alumni Club of Las Vegas, the USC Alumni Group of Orange County, the Northern Nevada USC Alumni Association, and the LMU MBA Alumni Association. Matt played football at the collegiate level with both USC (2000-2001) and UNLV (2001-2003).
Holding a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Southern California and an MBA from Loyola Marymount University, Matt resides in Las Vegas with his wife and four daughters.

Jackie Burkhead
Director of Account Management
Jackie brings 15+ years of human resources experience to the Coreprime Team. Prior to joining Coreprime, Jackie served as the HR Director for a large, multi-state law firm headquartered in Las Vegas. Having previously worked in a management capacity on the employer-side of Benefits, Jackie is able to provide invaluable insight and guidance regarding the complex Benefit questions and HR issues that our clients face.
As Director of Account Management, Jackie oversees the preparation of new group proposals, renewal strategies, implementation and administration of small and large group Benefit programs, and all ongoing client support initiatives.
While originally a Hoosier, Jackie has called Nevada her home for over 20 years. She enjoys spending her down-time with her partner Eric and their two basset hounds.

Steve Harris
VP, Employee Benefits
As VP of Employee Benefits for Coreprime, Steve Harris oversees the corporate Employee Benefit programs for some of the region’s largest employers. Steve’s expertise in streamlining the Employee Benefits administration process has quickly made him one of the top Employee Benefits advisors in the region.
Born and raised in Las Vegas, Steve brings deep relationships and local expertise to the Coreprime Team. A graduate of Bishop Gorman High School in Las Vegas, Steve received a football scholarship to play quarterback at the University of New Mexico. Steve played three seasons under head coach Rocky Long before having his career cut short due to a back injury. Following his football career, he went on to study Business Administration at the University of San Diego.
Having previously served as an Accounting/HR Specialist for the largest title insurance company in Nevada, Steve brings a wealth of real-world Benefits & HR experience to the Coreprime Team. Steve knows first-hand the pain points that employers face in managing their Employee Benefit programs, and is relentless in streamlining the process for Coreprime groups across the region.

Dylan Check
Senior Benefits Advisor
As Senior Benefits Advisor, Dylan takes on a sales role and has high-level responsibility designing and managing the Employee Benefit programs for groups across the region. Having previously served in numerous roles with UnitedHealthcare, Dylan brings a wealth of insurance knowledge to Coreprime’s clientele. His time spent with UnitedHealthcare allowed him to gain experience and insight into the client service, financial forecasting, and sales strategies for the largest health insurance company in the country.
A native of Las Vegas, NV, Dylan brings established relationships and an understanding of the needs and concerns clients have in regard to their Employee’s Benefits. A graduate of Faith Lutheran High School in Las Vegas, Dylan accepted a scholarship to play NCAA Division 2 Lacrosse at Westminster College in Salt Lake City, UT. Dylan played four seasons while attending Westminster, during which he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and was named captain his senior season.

Alexandra Stabile
Controller
As Controller, Alexandra Stabile is responsible for the day-to-day financial and administrative operations of Coreprime. Alexandra brings more than 11 years of high-level accounting and administrative experience to the Coreprime team, previously serving as Controller and Staff Accountant for various companies in Southern Nevada. Alexandra brings a passion for problem solving and managing the various “behind-the-scenes” financial and administrative functions that are so crucial to an organization’s successful operation.
A native of Las Vegas, NV and a graduate of Durango High School, Alexandra has a passion for learning. In her downtime, Alexandra is pursuing degrees in both Psychology and Philosophy from UNLV.

Caitlin Hollingsworth
Employee Benefits Advisor
As Benefits Advisor, Caitlin is responsible for designing and managing the corporate Employee Benefit programs for Coreprime clients across the region. Caitlin brings high-level sales and hospitality experience to the Coreprime team. Notably, Caitlin previously served as the Conference Sales Manager for Wynn Las Vegas, where she was responsible for managing the conference sales pipeline for one of the world’s leading corporate conference destinations. Caitlin understands the needs of the large, corporate customer and is experienced in delivering a high-level of service in the most demanding of environments.
A Las Vegas native, Caitlin brings the local knowledge and national experience needed to deliver a best-in-class Employee Benefits experience for your organization. Caitlin loves to cook, try new restaurants with friends and ride horses in her free time. Caitlin is deeply involved in the Southern Nevada business community, working with the Las Vegas Global Economic Alliance and the Junior League of Las Vegas, in addition to other philanthropic efforts in Nevada.

Stacey Sheer
Benefits Account Manager
As Benefits Account Manager, Stacey is responsible for the day-to-day servicing of the Employee Benefit programs for Coreprime groups across the region, strategizing on new group proposals and renewals, as well as the implementation and management of small and large group Benefit programs.
Stacey is a seasoned health insurance professional who brings 22 years of small group, large group and key account experience to the Coreprime Team. She previously worked as a Field Account Manager for UnitedHealthcare serving as the day-to-day liaison for some of the largest employers in the Las Vegas valley. She delivers a high-level of service to all of her clients and prides herself on her exceptional customer service and industry expertise.
A native of Las Vegas, Stacey is proud to call Nevada her home. In her spare time, she’s pursuing her next Apple fitness goal, clicking into the pedals on her Peloton, or spending time with her husband and two kids.
